Our mission is to establish Gladstone Street, Central House Annex as a vibrant Community Hub at the heart of Darlington. Through this dedicated space, DUCT will provide community services, cultural activities, education, support programmes, and opportunities for social engagement that bring people together, reduce isolation, and strengthen community cohesion. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to a united and prosperous Northgate Ward, Darlington.
